PGBI GUARDIANS Paknaan located at #86 Zone Talong Pakna-an Mandaue City, Cebu. Founded since 2008 by CPO Chard "Nhono" Palmares. PGBI Guardians Paknaan received a CERTIFICATE of RECOGNITION and signed by National Chairman, President Gregorio "GS GRINGO" B. Honasan II, that certify that PGBI PAKNA-AN CHAPTER is a duly registered and a bona fide chapter of the Philippine GUARDIANS Brotherhood Incorporated issued on 13th day of October 2016 in Metro Manila, Philippines. Later, In the Year 2019 of January 18, PGBI Pakna-an Chapter renamed as PGBI GUARDIANS PAKNAAN as an INDEPENDENT GUARDIANS in Cebu.'
